FMS operates in the upper and luxury end of the SA property market.

The company was formed by Francois Mynhardt, a Civil Engineer, in 1999, initially purely focusing on luxury residential properties specifically in golf and security estates in Pretoria. FMS soon became well known for exceptional properties with outstanding finishing and several properties featured in national publications and on television.

As the company is dynamic and constantly evolving with market trends, following its relocation to the Western Cape in 2008, the range of services was expanded over the years as new opportunities were identified.

The company’s current service offering, in addition to the development of new residential properties, includes inter alia the renovation of properties, additions and alterations to properties, maintenance for body corporates and waterproofing.

Our clients range from all spectrums and include private individuals, body corporates, small and medium businesses and even corporates.   Having been in the property development industry for more than 23 years, the company is well-versed in all aspects of the residential property market.

The company is a member of the Boland Master Builders Association, and registered with the NHBRC and is fully compliant with all labour requirements – i.e., BIBC and WCA  

Since 1999, more than 300 projects in excess of R250m have been successfully completed.
